Walleyes are biting like crazy ,Jig minnow is still working the  best but Leeches and crawlers are coming on strong  the big lake is mostly Catch and release at this point with 22 to 251/2  class being the majority of the fish being caught , the keeper fish are 1 in about 8  , Walker bay ,Pine point area , are a different story there are more under 18 inch fish ,  Pike fishing has been great also , with many limits of nice ones being brought in,  Muskie is starting off slow but reports of a couple 50 plus released this last weekend ,  Fishing is the best it has been in recent memory , if you don't have plans to come up you should seriously start thinking Leech in the near Future Things are looking up , Tim
