Hey GG, what day were you out at Mille Lacs?  My son and I were there on Saturday in the gale force winds and I got the dry heaves over the side with riding the 8 foot waves.  First time ever... That said, we hammered the walleyes but good, and had a smashing good time !  We went Satuday at dawn and fished till about 11am.

Hi CW, We were out there on Saturday too.  We didn't go out until 6:30 pm and fished until 9:45 or so.  We didn't have much wind at all, ThankGod, and by the end of the night we had NO WIND, it was fantastic!!  I've been there though, (dry heaves) doesn't take much for me and I get sea sick, so I really have to watch the winds on the big lake!  Sorry ya got sicko, that's no fun.  Glad to hear they all hammered the fish though, we did too.  And what a blast it was!  I posted the pictures with quotes, but for some reason it didn't show my quotes by the pictures.  But my 4 yr old Joey got a nice 27" and my 5 yr old Billy caught a really nice 28" Walleye.  Unbelievable fishing for their first time out walleye fishing....they are now ruined for life!! Have a good one!  GG
