LABOR DAY
   I cant wait. i am gunna smoke 80 lbs of babby back ribs  and some spare ribs .... all pork. i am going to use a wood fired smooker  and use all hickory . I will sauce em after they are all done. This should be the last big smoke of the year.

I wont be here either that is a travel weekend for me since I am headin back from oregon that weekend wish I could make it but I will be at MNO fest though
