 TRY THIS   WHEN SMOKING  RIBS . PUT THEM IN A FOIL PACK  AND SMOKE THEM  FOR THREE HOURS.  TAKETHEM OUT AND  PUT YOUR SAUCE ON EM  AND SMOKE FOR ONE HOUR MORE.  I DO THIS AROUND  220  TO 240  DEGREES  IN AWOOD FIRED SMOKER .  MMMMM   MMMMM   GOOD   FALLING OFF THE BONE  .  ENJOY
