We’ve had a good walleye bite on Cedar Lake up here by Upsala; nice sized walleyes are being caught by slip bobber fishing with a fathead or a jig and a minnow from about 5p.m. until dark.  A few walleyes are also being caught on Big and Little Birch with shiners and redtails.  Kings Lake by Freeport has been a nice spot for catching some walleyes too.  The fall bite is definitely coming into full swing around here.  Mound Lake has been putting out some crappies and Moose Lake too.  The sunnies are biting on Big Swan.  The Mississippi has been good for walleyes and bass.  We have redtails and are now fully stocked for the black powder season.
