The Beginning of MNO

I was just looking through some old files and came across a few logos we played with in the beginning. It was January of 2006 when we started construction of this site...or was it February? We publicly launched on about March 5th 2006 so we are only about 4 1/2 months away from our 2 yr! MNO started as an accident or maybe it just snowballed. Pat and I started talking about just doing some ice tournaments and then we said well....we need a website and from there things started to roll. At first we wanted to stay away from a forum based site but then decided that we would need something for communication etc..and then the idea got even bigger. We recruited a few good people (Hedrocks, BFG and Jigglestick) to get the job done and the rest is history.

So anyways, that was the very short version and here are a few ideas we kicked around until Doug (Fawkinnae) designed our current logo. Thanks Doug

Construction of the site was the last week or so of February 2006 and the site launched March 10th 2006.

Almost 2 years ago.... Unbelievable!  ::cheers::
