This is a big problem I think.  Especially with sites like myspace that are just a total waste of time.  This country is just going to continue to get fat and lazy because you don't have to leave your house to do anything now.

OHH  I have a myspace!! I really enjoy having something I can go to and blog about how upset I am or if Something great has happenned, and my family can see it.  I spend 2 hours a day online, and half is here and half is myspace.  :)  Or email! LOL 
But I also get outside, we dont have cable tv, or video games.  Now thats a total waste of time, Cable, or video games! LOL

I use my space as well. Mainly as a way to keep in touch with old friends and friends that live out of state. Check it with my email daily.
