If you could eat deer tracks, I would have a full belly!  I went out yesterday afternoon with the muzzle loader.  Being it snowed some Wednesday, it was easy to see the fresh tracks.  I spent about 3 hours slowly walking through the woods.  I usually was able to see a fresh track at all times!  For the most part they were browsing.  Most of the
Tracks were wandering through brush and downed trees.  For the last coupe hours I stood by a field that had been worked over pretty good the night before but the only thing I saw was a beautiful red sun set.  Oh, did I mention it was colder than a well diggers butt.  Just the same, it was a great time to take a hike in the woods.
