There are people out fishing on Pokegama Lake - The ice reports are from 5 to 8 inches with a lot of slush on top. There is slush visible on Cross Lake and a sno-mobile went thru over the weekend on the north end, by the spring. If you stay on top the fishing is good! :fishing:

Thanks for looking at the web site! WE enjoy posting pictures of the trophy's our customers bring in. There were a lot of fishermen out on Pokegama Lake last weekend and they were catching fish. Mostly Crappies but a few Walleye too. There is slush on top of the ice and water but there are also reports of 8 to 10 inches of ice. Cross Lake is not so good. There are a few folks giving Cross a try but the ice there is very variable.
