There are a lot of good ice fishing lakes there and in the area. I'm usually up there by now fishing but I have to wait for Doc's OK ;D

there is also a L&M fleet supply i think that is PR main outdoor store.....        they have a cool DQ to if you are in the area

Smaller Ma and Pa baitshops would be our best sources.

well tim you see i stop there every time i go there.... lol   nah very outdoors looking inside.. Log tables. fishing stuff on the walls stuff like that...

Sorry guys I have been to busy working I havent gotten out much but from what I am hearing 10th crow wing the crappies are hitting you might have luck on the north end of Long lake I havent heard of any good spots for eyes yet my brother in law owns north country bait he is just south of man trap he will give you a good deal on bait to and no more reeds in pr and nothing special about DQ but there are a lot of lakes to fish up here go to DNR site search hubbard county I am hoping to get out this weekend I will give more info about the lakes last I heard they are not driving on mantrap I did see 3 trucks on the south end of long lake though if your are going to try long lake go to the second landing north of the south one it will put you closer to the deeper part of the lake and try and get to the eastern side more to come

Try  Northern Bait in Park Rapids  218-732-5115  also Delaney's Sport Center in Park Rapids   218-732-4281      I prefer Northern Bait     Also Thank's to everyone here for the help. :reporter;   There are a bunch of good lakes with in 10 miles of town and none are ever overfished. Just about anything you want to catch is in the lakes. :fishing:

Great now everyone is going to come fishing up here!!!  Just when the summer craziness leaves now we have to work through the winter Ice Fishers!!!!!  There goes the good parking spots at Walmart  :banghead:

We need fisherpersons up there to get rid of the pearch and snakes :happy1: I was in Wal-Mart at deer hunting time (instead of the woods)  LOL    :bonk: beleive me you will always have a parking spot there. They don't have much bussiness. :violin:

on Feb. 13th my 6 friends and my son and I going Park Rapids to looking buy Resort with Realtor show us around as hope we buy resort by spring anyways we ll go ice fishing after this... and will let u guys know how we ice fishing report in Feb. 19th as we stay Feb. 13th to 18th we will go Park Rapids and Squaw Lake,Mn. :fishing:

alot of my family members live in that area. my uncle says potato lake is giving up some walleyes. he didnt say what depth. but i am guessing deep with a fathead

yeah i know i been fishing alots @ Park Rapids in spring,summer and fall i love it there but Ice fishing no time for me finally this yr We re going be there Park Rapids for ice fishing for one day as want know where hot spot @ lakes??? that s all i asking.. thanks
