Open Water Report
Open Water Report- well there is no open water, not even water in potholes here at the Big Lake. Lots of ice and temps going back to the -20's here this weekend. No new snow in over five weeks so every thing is hard and crusty. Evening bite is hit and miss and with all hardwater fishing if you are at the right spot at the right time tou will catch a few. Boat show here this next week and that will be a sure beginning for cabin fever. Soon we will be talking smelting here and see what kind of run off we get in the rivers..  Till then keeping reading.. :coffee:
