Do you guys know that if you kill a deer on your land and it ran to your neighbor land and died there, do i have the right to go get the deer?thanks for the help!

Regs are pretty clear on this.  The answer is Yes, Maybe and No.
Yes, if it not posted and you leave your gun behind.
Maybe, if it is posted and you can find the owner to get permission.
No, if posted and you contact the owner and he denies you access.
Maybe, if you contact the CO and he contacts the owner.

You do have the right to retrieve, but without a firearm or bow. Walk in, no wheelers. You must get in and get out as quick as possible.
It is better to inform the land owner before hand, that way you don't get confronted.
If the land owner absolutly refuses your right, then call a CO for help.

Not a dumb question.

Alot of people have lost deer due to not asking the question, or rumors they heard about encroachment on private land, or your rights as a hunter trying to collect an animal you legally shot.
Marry an outdoors woman. Then if you throw her out into the yard on a cold night, she can still survive.
