I got this in an e-mail this morning.

It stated that the pics were taken in northern Wisconsin, Eagle River

Looks like they could use some herd control.

if its such a problem the why dont he control it....plus notice each deer has its own individual feed pile..

That is a lot of deer. I know in wisc. they can bait during deer season. So I guess you would have to feed all year round to keep them close for next season.
If today was perfect. There would be no need for tomorrow.

Ok I'm kind of slow but why in a state that has had and may still have a problem with cwd, do they still allow feeding and baiting when they say it is one of the ways to spread cwd. I  would think they would stop it for a while to allow the weak and sick to die off.

i agree with you also... i mean i like seeing a herd of this size and im sure my herd is about the same size but i dont feed them. and cwd is exactly why i dont put out feeders. :taz:
