OK can you explain your name? Bobby Bass here..When I was a young lad we would name the fish we were after, Wally walleye Norton the Northern Bobby the Bass and it just stuck on me as where every we went I always seem to catch the first bass. So for 30 years or so I have been called Bobby in the boat. When I got into computers the name was a natural to use as a handle.. I'm sure there are better stories then mine out there....

Want me to explain every username I have? Or just the one here?

I was given the name Little people by wildlifeminnesota, because I would sit on the florr in the kitchen and talk on the phone. He never saw me, and I'd perfer if the light was off. sometimes I'd even make something to eat/eat while I was on the floor. =) I love the floor.

I get mine from my friends.
Every time they called me, the wife would tell them "He's out hunting"
Doesn't matter what it was, cause I hunt just about everything.
So, I got the nickname "Hunter"

Then one time, we was hunting pheasants in North Dakota and we didn't have a dog. We stopped by this one farm house, we asked and they gave us permission. Well they had this huge plum thicket, at least 5 acres. I volunteered to jump into this thick  :censored: to get the birds flushed out.
Anyways, every time my buddies would get ready to shoot, they would yell "Hunter Get Down!" Cause, they didn't want me to get creamed. After a while of hunting, it got shortened, to just
"Hunter down"

(so, I got wierd friends)

I got the nickname Spinach right after high school, I came home on leave from the Navy and had a new tatoo of popeye drinking a bottle of Budweiser on my arm, a buddy started calling me Spinach that night and it stuck with me. Everyone calls me Spinach more than my real name.

I've had my nickname since Jr high.  I don't have time right now to explain how I got it, but one might say I took alot of woodworking shop classes.

Back in the day, before my affliction for fishing began I drove a Prostock for a living 3 days a week at the local drag stips, and a few NHRA events.

In 1969 I bought me a motor from Ed the "Ace" McCulla.
He was at the time, the NHRA World Prostock champion.

Everybody at the track just started calling me "Ace" and the name stuck. When it came time to pick a name for my guide service, it was the obvious choice for me.  :happy1:

My friend "Bambi" and her friends all have stripper names so they decided Candi and I needed new names.  So Jewel and Candi were born.  Then at Camp Y(Our camp name at Eel Pout for the newbees), year 2 we decided what fun it would be for all of us girls to have stripper names.

The rest is history but for the record the poles at Camp Y actually came before the strippers!!  :whistling:

No fair...I want a stripper name!!!    That is so funny Jewel, you gals at CampY are all awesome, I love your attitude's about everything, you all have so much fun here!!

Anyway, I heard that if you take your first dog's name and add that to your mother's maiden name, then that should be your stripper name.  So if that's the case, my stripper name would be "Bootsie Campbell"!....I thought that was kind of a cute name, "Bootsie" does kind of have a little stripper ring to it. LOL!  Just a little fyi for everyone, incase they want stripper names too!  You know all the guys want one! lmao!

I like to play poker and I am a little on the large side, (I have real wide shoulders), and my Dad used to call me "Slick" every so often. So if you put them all together the "Big Slick" just kinda fit.
