I’d like to direct you to the front page of MNO, about 1/3 of the way down on the left hand side.  There you’ll find a new feature on MNO-the Field Staff Spotlight.  Each month we’ll spotlight a Field Staff Reporter who not only has proven to be dependable and consistent with their reports, but a valued asset and partner of MNO.  It’s our way of saying “Thanks” for a job well done.

Please take a moment of your time to click on either their name or the banner.  It will take you to their bio page describing who they are, what they do, and what they have to offer.   You may learn something about them you didn’t know.  This is their chance to shine.

Recently we’ve added quite a few new Field Staff Reporters to MNO.  In fact we have more Field Staff now than ever before.  And we will continue adding Field Staff.  Randy, Jeff and the entire MNO staff have worked diligently to bring these Field Staff Reporters here.  If you know of bait shops, tackle shops, resorts or fishing guides in your area that might be interested in a Field Staff position here at MNO, contact either Randy or Jeff.

Our Field Staff Reporters work hard to give you the most up to date reports possible.  Please show your appreciation and reply to their reports.  Let them know their efforts are appreciated.  If you have questions for them, and they don't answer right away, call them as they are probably just busy running their business.  Be sure to tell them you saw their report on MNO!   :happy1:

I agree.  I've surfed a few other sites before, and without mentioning any of them, this is by far the best I've come across.  Others that I've be a part of, are a little up tight.  They don't allow pictures of fish "out of their natural enviroment," or on a stringer, etc.  Also, other sites I've been on, you have to be careful what you say, or you will no longer be a part of the site.  That goes with all sites, but certain sites take it a little far.  I know of people that got banned off a popular site because they bounced a bullhead off their motor.  I'm not bashing any sites by any means, I'm just saying this is, by far, the best I've seen.  Keep up the good work Jeff and everyone else!!!  This site truely goes the distance and likes to promote the outdoors in all aspects!  It's more than just bringing home meat for the freezer, it's the whole experience!  That's what I see this site promoting:  The whole experience!
