Wow
I can't believe there isn't much interest in the perch bite. :nerd: I guess there must be a better bite somewhere else. :snow5:

Me and my kids love catching perch. Never been to Mille Lacs before. Think we would have some trouble getting on such a big lake with just a 2 wheel drive truck. Might try it though just starting to look into access areas and such. Also looking forward to fishing it this summer. Looking for a good place to pitch a tent this summer. Might have to try it a few times the love the camping and anything to do with fishing. Im the luckiest father alive.  :happy1:

No, Not Father Hennepin, Rocky Reef Resort. Two wheel drive will be fine out on the lake for now. Give me a call 320 532 3431 and I will set you up on the perch.
thanks

Me and the boys will be trying Father Hennepin for a weekend! Thanks Tim. The wife likes it a little less rustic so we will keep Rocky Reef Resort saved to my favorites. Thanks Rock you look like you keep a nice clean place. Looking forward to showing my wife the website and all you have to offer.

boomer,
if you want to catch perch, you should be up here this weekend. give rocky reef a call, his roads look real good and you should be able to access the area that he is catching perch at with your 2 wheel drive truck. i am going to give it a try today. maybe john (rockman) will be out there as well and i can get the skinny from him and dial in the perch as well......................tom fellegy

Boomer, there is Kathio State Park on the SW corner of Mille Lacs also. Great drive-in or hike-in campsites.

Has anyone heard about perch on the west side of the lake?
