Boy, it's gotten awful quiet in here since Ken posted his fish. 

Well...kinda quiet....just the ramblings of a dentist.... 

Lucky for all of you my computer at home is out.  My boat electrical system is shot and I won't be fishing for 2 weeks.  These minor problems will be solved soon and Team Dream Crushers will be back in first place.   

             General you should try a new lake.

Ken thats what i catch most of my northerns on is sucker minnows 5+ inches, just get more of those pesky grass carp than anything

I did in fact post a 27 3/4 inch slimer.   I think thats about 24 inches bigger than yours.  ( I see why you rely on your lack of memory so often).   Here is a little reminder.

The funny thing about your last post was if I was on your team I would be the leader in the walleye category.  I have just yet to post the lunker .  I'm trying to give me team members a chance to actually post something before I just close out all the categories.  Sorry your team members didn't do the same thing.  Now you're up sh%t creek without a paddle.  Because the bar is unreachable now for you.  Heck lets just be honest........the bar for you posting a fish on your team was lost about 5-10 inches ago in each category

You are sitting in a pretty good spot there Kenhuntin.   Just don't get too comfortable.   There will be 2 teams with 90s this year.  Unfortunately for the General the only 90s he will see is in downtown Mpls.

I aint sittin. I will be on a trophy lake soon and am in the works of coordinating an outing with a Dream Crusher on a super secret private monster big bass lake. I will try whatever it takes to get some competition here. Honestly for me the fun dwindles a wee bit when I do not feel pressure. This challenge deal has been quite alot of fun the past three years. I have been waiting for the tackle companies or one of my heroes Al or Ron Linder to call but no rings yet. I am hoping they are just busy God bless 'em.
 And congrats on that beautiful Bronzeback Borgie. You must have one helluva guide. I hope to fish with him one day or are you the the better fisherperson?

Borgie is my best fishing student until she starts telling the guide to correct things that she sees as flaws. This year my electric transom mount was acting up at low speed and she kept hounding me to slow down while back trolling. The motor wouldn't work on low speed and kept cutting in and out. Anyhow she wouldn't give me and inch of consideration during the dilemma.

The next day I had to take a day off from fishing and drive 80 miles round trip to get it fixed. She's a heck of a fisherman with plenty of focus and confidence  :fishing2:. Don't tell her, but I'm still a tad better than she is.

Dear Lord, Please forgive me for taking it easy on the old timers.  But it's about all they have left is the fishing challenge.  I know you would like me to whoop these guys good, but I'm afraid of what would happen if I did.  they would probably just waste away and turn to dust. 

General, all you do is give us headaches.  The rules have got to be continually be tweaked because of your entries.     I was about to congratulate you on your nice walleye entry and the fact you maybe able to squeak out your side bet. It is clear you spaired no expense on the staple item.  Under 6x magnification you can clearly see black scuff marks on the tiny spoon.  While it is eligble for the challenge and already scored I would dis-allow it in the side bet. Next year we need the MNO clearly visible in the pic. 

Rule #5 for the challenge(5. All fish must be photographed along side a clearly visible outstretched tape measure (Fish board recommended) and must include the staple item. This years staple item is a red & white spoon (daredevil). With MNO printed in the white area of the spoon (see photo thread for an example). This must be included in your photo.)-     [.doesn't say you have to be able to make it out]!!- this year.

Here's something you won't soon forget General. I couldn't stand the thought of The General's team actually passing The Untouchables in the standings . I was going to let it stay that way for a while, but the thought is just to depressing . Something needs to change and I mean pronto.
