Well,  Borgie and I were just waiting in the wings to see if anyone was going to step up and make a donation. Thanks much to the wonderful folks of Lake Iwanttobethere. This year I will donate a $15.00 Cabela's gift card and Borgie won some $ at bingo last night so mark her down for a $15.00 Cabela's card also.

Don't be shy folks any size donation is always appreciated. It all adds up and makes things a bit more interesting. So what say you? Who will be the next to step up. :happy1:

I'm in for some dazzling Faw-kinn-ae t-shirts.
Let's say 3 walleye shirts - and of course a bumper sticker to go with each.

Thanks a lot Bobby! I was telling Borgie what you said about Max the cat not donating this year. So, of course Max the cat overheard the conversation and started howling in protest. We immediately reassured Max that it was just an oversight on my part. After we reassured Max that this would be taken care of immediately he settled back in his favorite chair and started to chill. Therefore put Max down for a $ 5.00 gift card from Cabela's this year.

I'll donate a "New-unused" Muskie lure of brand/type depending upon what I catch the biggest muskie with this summer on!  Same color/size....   Hopefully to stimulate a Muskie catergory next year!  Last year it was a Pink Showgirl of my wifes I picked up and casted when she was resting...caught a nice 48" with.  The year before it was a walleye colored Reefhawg, 51".  The year before a black little buckaboo spinner, 50"!!

48"  50" & 51" muskies is quite an accomplishment. Thanks for the heads up. Now for sure there won't be any musky included in next years species list. :rotflmao: Actually there was a very reasonable explanation given in the past as to why muskies are not on the challenge list. Not to worry, with your kind of persistence you'll do just fine in the challenge. ;)

I am good for( 2 ) 25$ dollar gift cards.  I have not decided where yet.  I will also donate 2 variety packs of ATI-47s  (formally known as Jaw-breakers.)  I believe Northland tackle has a copyright on that name.

The potential problem with that as I see it, is that in some cases things end up getting shipped twice. Ultimately it often depends on where things are being shipped or delivered to and from who.

I think last year Ryan was able to pick up things from various gift providers and ship much of it from one shipper.

I would like to ship mine directly to the winners.  The shipping on the jigs is over a buck so no sence to ship them twice.

We are working out the details, and someone will post the answer as soon as the decision is made.

And, yes it does make sense to ship directly to save money.

Thanks for your patience!  :happy1:

To the winners go the trophies!

That right Sports Fans. For the first time ever this years winners will receive an honest to goodness trophy. A custom trophy. Some like to call it an heirloom. Something for the ages.

Something to look back on. When the day comes and you can't remember anything else.
You'll be able to say... Yeah I won the 2010 MNO Fishing Challenge!

Images shown are purely hypothetical examples of what it might look like - sort of.
