Ok guys and gals.  It is time to start posting some ice fishing pictures.  I will be getting out finally this weekend.   I hope the rain tomorrow works to our advantage.  I plan on hitting  the lake of no fish a couple of evenings.  Then hit a little honey hole I found last fall for pannies during the day.  This little gem is so far off the beaten path I can't imagine it gets too much pressure.  If I can get the atv out I will try to have a couple of vid clips from the aqua view.  Either way 1 more day of work, an office Christmas party and then :fishing2:

Hunting is not life and death. It is more important than that.

Now we are talking!!!  I hope the General doesn't see your pics Bone.  He thought he caught a pike the other day.    :rotflmao:   It looked more like a frankenfish.   Vehicles are getting out on metro lakes.  The rain did the trick so the 2011 season is  now on. :happy1:

Those are some nice pics fellas.

P.S.  We all await and long for the day DDS can actually catch a fish to take a picture.  I waited through the whole challenge.  Maybe hard water will bring him luck. :rotflmao:

I will have to get one of those siren thingies you have.  I like to keep my success a little bit quiet.  Times are changing.  In my day you didn't make a scene if you scored.  You young guys don't score too often  so you have to make a production on the rare occasion it happens.    ;D

Went out icefishing today first time this year.  I had planned on driving over to Leech Lake but Interstate 94 was ice covered all the way to Fargo so bagged the trip.  Went down on Lake Oahe instead.  Fished 3:30pm till 6:30 pm caught 9 walleye and sauger all jigging.  Ice was 18" thick.  Brought two (one sauger one walleye) home for supper here is a pic ready to fillet..

Some great looking fish on this thread. Big pike and big walleyes. And how about jkjkoda modeling that Fawkinnae short-sleeved t-shirt in -40 degree weather.

If I could catch something besides small perch I would post a picture. For now, this will have to do. Took a video yesterday of the ride out on my ice road to my fish house. No fish there so I moved the house in the afternoon.

Here is fresh one actually caught this year!!! It was an accidental fish actually all luck When we going to pull the tip ups it just happened to be on the first one I chose to pull out the flag was froze down but it didnt stop her from almost spooling out the line aint to sure how long it was even on the line. Not sure of the lenght of it to cold to mess around with its tail went from the top of my boot to the top of my hip bone so 36-37??

Nice fish my friend met someone at a bar and his brothers dream was to catch a 30 + inch pike threw the ice so were taking him to our honey hole where we pull about a 30 plus each time we go out so were hoping he gets a nice one

( his brother was in a bad accident about 7 years ago so he can't go fishing much
