Well whatever weekend you guys decide on doing it I would recommend a great Breakfast at kieths kettle in clearwater. I would recommend there Biscuits and gravy.

Nice job on ignoring the crazy talk and getting back to the business at hand Upland...
 I hope everyone realizes the spanking and  :moon:whuppin is all in jest. I would love to attend another on ice party. Peltier is a fond memory. Good to put faces on the facades. I bet Don Stenseth and Rchaze wish they could come. Lets find a way to make this happen for real.

Welp!  I can do the Feb. 5th and 19th weekends or March 5th weekend, or anytime after that if there is still ice.
I would be ok with anything and anywhere (around the metro), the warmer the better

Sounds like this is a narrow between two spots that the ice does not get to thick.

The lake has a good amount of springs along with a decent current going through it. There's always THAT guy.  I went out there on saturday to check the lake out and to see how many people were out and that must have happend after I was there...with that lake you gotta stay on the trails...  Other than that I have been hearing good things, 10 inch crappies on waxies. they didnt specify the exact depth or bay they were in. but I was told it was where no one else was fishing...

   It's " cupcakes "wifes birthday the weekend of the 5th.  It would not be the same having a get together without "cupcake".  Eelpout is  the 18th.  I wouldn't mind trying the smaller private.  It's got to work for the General too.  It looks like the 12th will have to be it unless you want to go into march.

Oh yeah, I forgot about Poutfest on the 18th.   
So then the 5th or the 12th, because I have a feeling it may be an early-ish spring, so if we wait til March, who knows where the ice will be.

     We are still working on it.  5th is still a possibility.  Right now it stands the 5th would be at Clearwater.  The 12th would be at Minnetonka.  Final decision tomorrow.
