Early Goose Season Pictures
Yesterday was a bust, but this morning we got a few.
Seems that a sweet corn field was picked a few miles away and the geese are in there thick. (took a drive to go see) So, not much fly'in by us.

nice!. i been out both days so far. opener was a bust, only saw one small flock way off in the distance. saturday evening was a little better bird wise but still didnt fire a shot at any birds. this morning was decent, seen alot of birds, i been hunting the hay feild but there was a big oat feild picked thursday thats less than a mile from us and seems to be attracting all the birds. tryed intercepting them on there way there but only the singles were interested. seen around 200-250 birds this morning but only got 3. be back out tomorrow morning and putting out a huge spread hoping that will work. gonna try alot of flagging as well.

We just cube up the meat, dredge them in shore lunch and fry in a pan. (cook um just like fish)  :chef:
