Hunting is not life and death. It is more important than that.

I heading out to my land this morning.  Plan to check for sheds while removing a number of lock on deer stands.  The neighbors have at least six that I know of on my land.  I don't think any have been used for the past two years.  I want to remove them before I can't get the screw in pegs out of the trees.  Maybe I'll have a tree stand sale soon.  :rotflmao:

I must be the worlds worst shed hunter.  Or, perhaps I don't recognize an antler if it isn't attached to a deer head.  :rotflmao:
After many years of looking and never finding a decient shed, I'm about to give it up.  Oh, to be sure, I will still take strolls through the woods whenever I can, but just will not be looking for sheds.   :deer:

With most trail cams showing both sides, we had no luck on Sunday but the trails we walked were not being used much at all.  I'll try a different area in a few weeks.
