Red Lake Trip Last Weekend

Well once again I was blessed to be able to spend some time fishing with my MNO friends.  We all met up at Red Lake for some of the Walleye action.  Cookie pointed us in the direction and we figured it out from there.  The first night we fished by Cody and caught a few walleyes.  The next day was cold and windy but after cooking breakfast for the crew I motivated them to head out and we took Cookie's advice again and moved out further.  Once set up at the new spot the things really started to heat up.  We were forced   to eat fish so we could continue to fish.  Little HD and his Dad cleaned fish and Fawk and I continued to catch them.  Cookie came and visited that night so we were able to say hi in person.  Great Guy!  I would highly recommend using Cookie's services in the future.  Between Fawk trying to put his fist through the top of my fish house setting hooks and HD trying put his head down the hole to get a better look   one couldn't have asked for a better weekend.  Thanks guys.  Here are some pics.

Thanks for the report General. As usual you guys had a good time on your latest adventure. The photos are a big part of any get together. It kind a puts us wannabes' there with yawl.

Thanks guys, had a blast as usual. I do need to mention a couple of highlights:
- The General provided us with his wheel house and an amazing review of the golden age of country music.
- Hunterdown did a cartwheel in the gymnastics competition. I have him an 8.
- I can't tell you how happy I was last night when I got up to pee and realized I would not have to walk out on to a wind-blown, frozen Red Lake with no pants on.
- Note the secret MNO gang sign in picture number 3.
