Its not a wall hanger for me.  My family keeps telling me to put fish on the wall saying you will never catch a bigger one.  They keep getting bigger. Hopefully I keep catching bigger fish real soon.  I have a very nice picture that will go on my wall.  Way cheaper than a mounted fish.  If i catch a pike over 45 i might break down and kill the fish.

Are we looking at an old fable come true in The Fishing Challenge? Yes that's right, it's "The Tortious And The Hare" story. With The Hare being "The Assassins" team starting the race like they were shot out of a cannon. As they assumed that they had built an insurmountable lead, the chest pounding began.

 Now begins the daily smack talk. One team member from Ely who's name will go unmentioned became over confident. As a matter of fact he was so sure of victory that by his own admission he decided to stop fishing. Cobwebs were actually beginning to form on his fishing rods.

Now enter The Tortious. The who? that would be "Borgie's Death Squad" named after an annual Minnesota tourist that hales from Illinois. Here's a team that "The Assassins" barely even knew existed. Still, they somehow managed to slide in under the radar to secure fourth place. The race has suddenly tightened as the Assassins continue doze off dreaming of becoming the 2013 challenge champs.

   What the heck?  I go away for a couple of days and the fishing teams go on a terror.   I have a bunch of stuff to do today.  I will see if I can get the leader board updated before the crew gets back from Stoke's Bay.  There are a bunch of nice upgrades coming from that bunch too.  This looks to be the year of the BIG PIKE.

  The leader board is upgraded and up to dated. Be sure to double check your team scores.  It appears that another Borgie Beatdown (this one is of epic proportions) has taken place.    Don't get to comfortable in your places though.  The boys from Stokkes Bay will be putting up some fish soon.

Why even bother going back to Stokke's again. Seeing that you were only able to upgrade your teams total by 1" when you returned

 Yeah Lee i agree.  DDS got the Clint Eastwood   whooping again by me up there.  Maybe this will be the time he finally learns.   every prediction he ever makes is about as smart as Bobby saying the unofficial I need my own thread to feel special  in the challenge will have more views then the smack down will have.
