Planning to hunt the Rainey River area in October for deer.

Any idea how the deer herd came through the winter in that area?

any info would be appreciated.

I don't think we have anybody from that area. At least I don't recall any reports previously.

That area is usually a pretty low deer number area.  The ones that you do find are usually big.
Anything that is free is worth saving up for.
