Hung a beaver carcass in front of a camera and this big guy shows up in daylight.  How big is he?

Nice.nawsomenbear. if i knew how high that stump is it would help but the head looks small incomparison to the boddy and the ears look small on top of the head, which is a good indicator of a mature boar big rear end deffinatley a BOAR. Lol. Belly hangs good. Stove pipe like legs, pics are so tough to judge bears. But i would say 350-400. halles largestwas 325 and didnt have the mass this guys got. But pics are decieving.due to the pic.ill look again.

Here are a few pics to compare.  I am 5'10" and 215. I think that its the dominate boar in the area and I have other pictures of him.

Yur belt comes to the very top of that stump. Wats that 32 inches?  The back of the bear is well below that and seems to be closer to cam than u by a few feet. Id still say between 3-4 hundy. I dont beleive its five. But could very well be closer to four than 3. I kepe fluctuatin cause its a tough pic to judge. Reall hope yu tag him so we can find out.

Pretty good lookin animal there. I would guess him at a fall weight of 330 to the same guess as HD at 3fitty
He is surely all of and better than 2 and a half now.

bears always look huge to me. the best way I found is if you can get a head shot of him.. if he looks like he has mickey mouse ears on small.. if his ears look like their on the side of his head.. he's big.  but I would guess 250...

When you get a chance, put some 4 or 5 sticks in the ground 4 feet apart.  When the bear walks between them and butt and nose cover a stick, you got a big one.
