How bout Green by Spicer,Mn.Great lake,All the attributes of Nothern border lakes with the prairie lakes within a few miles.Besides its in my driveing distance,Campers welcome on the yard and lot,on The slew of Diamond lake 6 miles from Green.Dogfish bay if you look it up.

Wyofish and I are looking at going up to Winny and camping at one of the campgrounds Memorial weekend. Anyone else interested in joining us. I checked the campground on the west side of the lake and it appears availability is good. This could be Campapapaploozaa 1.5 with Campapaploooza II to follow.

 What was the catch last year at winnie? if that is a correct assumption of last years GTG.Or did you fellers camp, eat an drink for a GTG?

The way I been drivin that would put you in or near whitebear lake?? I lived in Pine county for a few years,Spose thats to far nort? Pine city is to me bout a hour notrt thats up 35 tho.Fawk where you live,Wit that sportsman site I'd guess SoDak.

I'm in the cities - Maple Grove. I tend to know more of the campgrounds further north. Not so much about the stuff west, Alexandria, Willmar etc. Is it safe to say we are talking about an overnight/camping trip vs. a day trip?
