 What a better way to finish off our last ring of venny Kielbasa,Dandelion greens,Asparagus,fiddlehead ferns salad,the sausage and ?? Aint decided sure wish I had some new tatters outta the garden.

You mean I'm not the only one?  Now if I could just find some Ramps and Morels I'd be all set.  Never tried in salad but they make a great addition to stir fry...

I had a great meal tonight also!  Ostrich fern fiddleheads I found on Leech yesterday, asparagus from the garden steamed together, mama's artichoke salad, and fresh walleye fillets!!  Yum!!   Tks for the tip had never tried fiddleheads before..better than the asparagus!
