I found them on a south facing hill with fewer trees.  I also checked several of my other honey holes and found nothing.  The cold weather will slow everything down.  It might be more than a week before more start to pop.
Anything that is free is worth saving up for.

Got 'em down here in Swampville already. My buddy who owns a yard service, said a guy hired him to remove an old fallen elm in his back forty last week....and guess what? They were all around it. He picked an entire big plastic bag full of 'em.  :happy1:

Have yet to find any morels in three years of looking pouty-1023.gif
Did find a matching chewed up set of sheds and fiddle heads last year though.

I have the Morels thing down....but ramps are the one I have a problem with distinguishing......  :scratch:
