  i never seen a brat labeled a steak brat???? is that something specific to that meat shop????
I've had some Philly brats & some Prime Rib brats from S & S Meats in GR that my sister picked up last summer. They were both good, but I liked the Philly better. :happy1:

S & S has some good stuff in there.   I always check out their different sticks while there too.

Lamborgers, sweet corn, more Mrs. G's mac salad, slaw & winter radishes. We've blown thru 50 lbs. of lamborger in a year's time. Ate my Wheaties this a.m. Dazzled the Mrs. with my footwork... :coffee:

These started out yesterday on the pellet grill at 250.  Did 3 hours just spritzing with Pepsi and apple juice.  Then an hour wrapped and the wife was hungry so we ate.  Not bad at all but another hour in the oven will be perfect.  Used Black Dog sauce on them.  Good stuff.  Made around Bemidji.

Ya we have had that pepsi in the frig for a long time.  Have heard of people using it.  Good sugar spray type thing.
