Stay calm and call DNR.

I'm not sure if the DNR could really do anything unless, they trespassed on your property. The honking of the horn, is done off site.....annoying, yes.....  I'm thinking that you could have some legal action against the cops showing up, walking on your property......maybe.....but probably not.

He never explained why the cop was walking his property.  I don't think they have to actually go on your property to "harass" you.

Anything someone does to interfer with a hunt is hunter harassment. They are doing it purposely to prevent the guy from harvesting a deer. so it's illegal and the dnr can and will give citations. As for the cop randomly walking into the woods that's a whole other issue. He can't just go wandering out in the woods, not to mention he has no idea where the guy is at so that makes it real dangerous for him.

I'd get the cops name and badge number and use the video to prove to a CO the cop was harassing me and demand a ticket be written!!!

Then ask the CO to talk with the people who complained and called a cop!

He's got all the evidence he needs. File a harassment order at the local courthouse just like you would an  an OFP, and it goes before a judge.  He'll use the evidence and issue an order. It's really pretty simple.
