My 4 kids are all excited for duck season.   It will be expensive as they like to shoot and they miss ALOT.
Anything that is free is worth saving up for.

Colton is now 18 ,  and has never REALLY duck hunted. Sure, he has plucked a few ducks off of our pond, or pass shot a few over the field. But, getting up before the crack of dawn, pulling a duck boat through a bog, setting a decoy spread in a perfect "J" pattern....no

I believe it's time he gets a taste of REAL duck hunting.

I've never duck hunted, and I've always wanted to. Maybe the Fawk and HD clans need to plan a trip to NoDak!

Not too long ago I went quite often.  I did it on my property so I didn't have to get up early to set decoys.  I put them out the day before and just left them for the next day.  I did this on beaver ponds.  I also did some pass shooting without decoys.  Just set up on a beaver dam where the ducks flew over in the morning. Some days it was a lot of fun.
