Merry Christmas to everyone hope y'all have safe holiday travels visiting friends and family. Not much here, Mom spends the day with my brothers kids and myself being divorced and never having kids it's always a day to myself so I'll give the shop a good cleaning without being interrupted by customers, head to the casino for a little then try to score a ticket for the steeler/Baltimore game.

I'VE had to many bad experiences happen around christmas. also its nothing more then a money grab for big retail stores, and quite frankly i have issues with the way my mother treats the kids and my grandkids. its so obviously favored its pathetic.

only thing looking favorable is my soon to be new step daddy will be there this year and she is better behaved then. AND..............ITS 6 days from my trip up nort fishing!!!!!!!

i know its hard glenn, i go thruvery simliar crap with my dad and my mother inlaw and my oldest, but im tryi g really hard to make a lossitive outa this season and concentrate on me and my wife and those that want to be apart of us. ive tried for years to make veryone happy, at the same time found out i was misserable by doing. thats how im wired. i give. and most times try to hard. cnat make them all happy, that comes from within. the harder i try the more i get misserable. so hang in ther buddy, we lov ya!!!! take u energy and   support urself and ur wife. others will eventuall follow.

I hear ya too,57. I try to stay as far away from the big box retail as I can.Every year it's a little more online, Amazon mostly. Looks like we'll be going up about that same time. Not sure exactly when yet though, as we don't like to drive it on the weekends, if we can help it. Too much metro madness for us.

Same here.  Merry Christmas to all of you guys.  Almost daily I say something to my friends at work or my wife about what one of my buddies said or showed me.  So I call you my online friends, or buddys, or my MNO Buddies???  I haven't really come to the correct term to call all of you guys who are my friends.  I do look forward to our conversations and it is good to hear someone elses point of view at times.  It rounds us out and we are all interested in similar things or we wouldn't be here together.  So all of you have a safe and fun holiday!!!!

Merry Christmas to all of you!!!  Even though I haven't been posting much lately, I still read through here on a regular basis to see what kinds of gems you guys are cooking, and to see who's getting after who about being a muffinhead, etc.  I get more laughs from this site than good cooking ideas, and I get a pile of good cooking ideas.  Thank you gentlemen and keep on keeping on!!!  I enjoy every minute!!!
