Nope, but if yer referring to the episodes of fred Sanfords music "collection", my Dad had most of his albums, and he refers to those....that was our favorite show we'd watch together.

You guys got me thinkin about a older LP I used to have but can't find anymore. Ever hear of Roy Buchanan? I picked it up in a record shop years ago & recognized a lot of the names of the people who played on it with him, so I bought. Loading Zone, I think it was, he had a different sound to his guitar. I thought

Sure! had some good albums in the 70's. Known for his "telecaster" sound, using his Fender. Played some Hendrix tunes, some "ozark style" blues, lots of cover hits, and just plain good stuff. He often played with/backed up Robbie Robertson . (The Band)....

Think that song (original, by Booker T and the MG's) really took off when it was used as the background tune in American graffiti when Steve raced that bad-ass chevy of Johns at sunrise.... remember that? I just LOVED that one! Still gives me friggin' goose bumps; that was the perfect tune for that clip.
