suggestions of cheese
im gonna make a wisconson style braut.  what cheese would u like. blue, pepper jack, or cheader, or a combo, they have sirracha, lava, and chipolte but out of chilpolte. im not a heat kinda guy so i. leani g towards PJ and blue.

hey u cant use di gleberry cause i used it first. i dont lime heat but i lime a zip and Pj has zip. not heat.  cheedar is great but wore it out for now

I'm always partial to the pepper jack cheese, but I would stick some peppers in there for flavor... I got some dehyrated ghost peppers that would kick it up a notch....
