Last nites haul. 13 qts stewed tomatoes, 5 pints juice and 15 pints salsa!! Got to bdd at 1 am.

EEWWW!!! What have you done to those poor, delicious 'maters?!?!??!!

Did some peaches this morning. Last time I did peaches was 2011. Got some cheap and did about 90 quarts! We finally finished them up so I did 13quarts and 1 pint this year. This was around 23 lbs of peaches.

My grandma and aunt and mother used to can peaches every summer.  Man I loved them.  Peaches and cream with real cream.  Awesome.

WHAT!?!  Who doesn't like peaches and cream???   I just got done asking you on the stove thread if you really don't like bacon or are you just pulling our legs?  And you don't like green olives???   Everyone loves green olives, especially on Americas favorite pizza, that being Papa Murphys.  Man Glenn you gots ta live a little on the wild side.

Lasts forever Rebs! Like I said the last time I did peaches was in 2011. We finished the last jar from 2011 just before we started seeing them in the store this summer.

barry they will be sweet with a nice bite. i plan on grilli  a ribeye and smother it with the jelly and pepper lime mushrooms and onions

I can't handle that syrupy sugary taste. Started the first time I had fresh pineapple. No more syrupy stuff. Especially now taking blood sugar needs and pricking the fingef now and then.

yes. i think.... the thi g with the syrup is its gona alter the heat. light syrup, more heat, heavy syrup, less heat.
