"Trails End Resort wrote; “We have located a way to go around the pressure ridge which separates the north side of Bowstring from the main lake. We want to be sure that we’ve established safe passage before we open up a road out there. That said, we are finding consistent ice thicknesses in the 12 to 13 inch range and we do have a road started. So barring unforeseen troubles, we plan to be open for vehicle traffic shortly after Christmas. Watch for updates later this week." - Bill & Erin Charlton, Trails End Reosrt
