Thanks
This is last years addition to my outdoor kitchen. Now I don’t get the eye roll when I stink up the house, or set off the smoke detectors.

Copperman,
I like your setup.  I'm pretty sure I have a grill on my deck.  At least I did last fall... :rotflmao:

we all been there!!!

I did the same thing, only mine is the camp chef three burner stove.   Got one for the cabin and liked it so much I got one for home.

Now I can fry and sear  and all that to my heart's content with no smoke or spatter problems.

I'm thinking it will be here today.  Now I need one of those good temp probes with 2 probes.  One for the meat and one for the cabinet temp.  I'm researching them now.  A great site to visit no matter what smoker you have is Smokin-It forums...

LPS,
pork belly was the last thing I smoked, turned out great! One was peppered and the other just smoked. Costco is were I bought mine. I think they were about 5 lbs each.

Reb,
That looks like a pretty nice grill/smoker combo. I see they are only about $400.00. It’s sold at alot of stores, but I’ve never seen one.

She is here.  I have it seasoning now.  Smoke some hickory to get the inside smoky.  Can't wait to use it.  Coop those are some darn nice looking slabs.  I wish a Costco was near us.

I did order that Seville Heavy Duty Commercial Cart too.  That will be nice so I can roll it around the deck.

I did offer the Smokin It guy $150 for the little tin cart that they want $200 for but he wouldn't take it.

I wondered which one that was JB.  Thanks I will look it up.  We did a spatchcocked chicken.  Looked great but needed a little more time so I finished it in the oven.  The first batch was of course ribs.  I threw a few big hunks of hickory in and it was way too much.  Strong as heck so they are right to not put near the amount of wood in as in other smokers.  First time I have had oversmoked meat.  There is a learning curve and I think I have it figured out now.
