driving me crazy

So ive been in my new job now for 2.5 years. Not a new job. 3rd season coming up in the agronomy part of it. long long days and weekend till middle of summer. uggh.
    ive just been handed and opportunity, it literally fell in my lap and I'm trying to make sense of it. its like its not real. The new opportunity is working in the propane industry year round.
Package includes.
4 dollar wage increase in sallery basis
full benies, including 3% match to 401k
bonuses on employment and profit
40 dollar and hour incentive if i work a saturday. ( old job gave me 100 bucks to be on call pluse 2hr min. if i go out)
Heat my home during the heating season. (who dose that?)
possible travel incentive cause I d travel half and hour to work then back half hour.
take home propane truck at end of day if its logical, and pay for electricity to keep it plugged in.
use of shop and equipment for personal use.

I know I should take it, I hate change. and starting over. but I already know the bussiness. ugggggg!what to do. im sure ill take it, what do you guys think!!

Boar, don't be this guy.  I got this driver on a trail camera in the fall of 2016.  This spot is 2 miles off a tar road and
he drove across fields and other trails.  The owner could not tell me why the guy was back on my land.  I just
wish he would have buried it back there.  Free propane for life.
