Everything on the list....
I can honestly say that I have ate everthing on this list....with some extras!
We have a wild game feed every year....
So, I would have to add:
Raccoon
Possum
Beaver
Crane
Muskrat
Dove
Turtle

Just way to many to list..... how about you?

I've eaten everything on that list except shark and snake, and also bear, 'coon, snails, and squid.  You must have eaten bear, HD...

I don't think I have ever had snake.  Just had gator slim jim type of things at a sport show.

I’ve had everything on the list but the goat. I have also had bear, possum, reindeer, moose, kangaroo, water buffalo, groundhog, dove, turtle and snails. The best I ever ate was an alligator and rattle snake gumbo.

Everything on the list and snapping Turtle.  But, none of that other Road kill you listed!  :thumbs:

Yup, every year we have a bear'bq at the local bar. Darn good stuff!
The list is way to long to remember.... I recall mountain lion was a tough and stringy, but not bad....

My brother made some hors douvres and we were all trying to guess what it was.  Kind of scary but it tasted good.  Small chunks of meat in a milky peppery very tasty sauce.  None of us guessed what it was.  Sort of white meat.  It was bobcat!!!
