Just like any frozen vegetables you buy from the store...put them in the microwave on "frozen vegetables" add some butter when done & serve.

Maybe you should check the antioxidants level of beets and how good they are for you?

Oh... never mind... you don't "like" things that are good for you...  :doah:

Barry....add this one to the list...

So if you don't like yams or sweet potatoes, where does that leave you with things like squash and pumpkin pie? This is getting serious... :rotflmao:

I like beets but you might as well put the yams and sweet potatoes and pumpkin pie and squash right down the sheeter to start with and save your body the trouble.

'zactly. Festal in Owatonna used to raise a lot of "pumpkins" for canned pumpkin. They told us they're not the field pumpkins we decorate with at Halloween & Thanksgiving but actually a type of SQUASH!!!! IL raises most of them now and passing thru that area recently, looks like the same pinkish colored SQUASH!!!! Guess glenn will just have to eat nanner cream pie instead this Thanksgiving. Oh wait! That's covered with whipped cream! Never mind... :bonk:
