More NL cookie deliveries.....I'm beginning to think they wanna fatten me up for a slaughter or something.....  Wonder if Mikey gets cookies?

Back to the ham....I notice most of my buddies use the deep fryer a couple times, then that's the end of it, due to high cost of all the oil. Anyone ever do a whole ham in one? Wonder how a beef roast would be in one....now there's an idea!!!

I'm thinking fat inside vs outside like the ham is..  fondue stuff in the past and deep fried but lean meat...  so not not sure how it would go...

I like it to but indirect heat on the weber kettle is still #1 to me. I inject it with my own concoction of butter and seasonings!!!!!!!!! :happy1: :happy1:
