Liberty Beach Resort
Back in the day......(trust me, it's a saying)
We used to fish Mille Lacs out of this resort, either this one, or East Side. They used to have the Perch Extravaganza out of Liberty, and was a great time for the kids. Then Port side bought the Extravaganza....
Anaways, I've been hearing some bad stuff about Liberty Beach.
There was a shifty auto sales place in Mora (now closed down) that was indited for selling cars without clear titles.
Is this the same family that now owns Liberty?

The used car dealer was "Rubes" (or something like that) and the family that bought Liberty, their last name is Rubin.

I couldn't find anything on the dealerships owner, but I remember seeing something in the paper.

The scuttlebutt is that they are the same family, but I can't seem to find anything to verify.

We almost bought Jr a truck from Rubes, but they couldn't guarantee a clear title, and had to contact previous owner.

I read the auto one, and they ain't the same company....the one I was looking for is Rubes...
