Anyone from MNO par-take? mike?

caught this from a sturgis news report...not the brightess bulb to protest at a biker rally whoever they were, sounds like the local police saved they're arse.

STURGIS, S.D. (AP/WKRG/BIKER DAD) A protester was arrested after kicking at a biker during the annual Sturgis motorcycle rally in western South Dakota, the police chief said Sunday.

A video posted to Twitter showed the scuffle, and the police protecting the protester from angry bikers. The Twitter post labeled the protesters as “Antifa.” But it’s unclear if that’s actually who they were.

Really? last year, figures my biker buddies from north dakota...I remember last year ,maybe this same deal only last year they claimed blm which wasn't the case just a few idiots from denver I recall stirring the pot, buddies at the rally said alot of crazy shete going on,police scanners are none stop, guns, drugs fights....etc ,gotta take a toll on the non biker locals, friend has a ranch 10 miles from this epic center, claims he can hear the constant rumble from bikes all day long, another 3 days things should settle down.

Reb interesting video, idiot comes to mind protesting, kicking the bike, then the older cop trying to keep bikers from stomping on the protester was in a bad situation, maybe was a good thing  for the old cop this situation happened early in the day before alcohol was involved.

LOL Reb ,agreed, like in my day when I was young, you bet, crack a cold one at 10am,shot of brandy/bailies in the coffee was good to go,now ain't happening, green tea,no sugar ,no booze...just glad to be above ground day to day.

Buddy  from the area sent me this note as I was curious what was happening today...

I know a local highway patrolman and he says that inexperience is the #1 issue right now. Too many trailer queens that don't have many miles under their belts. The curves eat them up all of the hills let alone just the significant level of traffic compared to any normal riding. Leads to a lot more unsafe conditions and accidents. I90 is roaring today and tomorrow for WY Wednesday will be a mess I'm sure. Things usually start tapering down by Thursday but everyone is saying this is a huge year. Not sure if biggest every but we'll see.

3 major accidents.2 on  bikes with fatalities.

Yep pretty interesting how that story about the billions and billions of cases from sturgis just disappeared off the screen last year.  Like the explosion of cases from the Effie rodeo...

Can't help taking a peek at the live web cams, looks like early riser's this morning,a number of folks riding trikes, must be the new trend these days?

Also with all these 1000's of folks all gathered together we don't hear about shootings,no mass shootings/murder's etc.we have hope ppl. but then again south dakota is pro gun, ghetto trash can't handle folks that will shoot back.

Looking at the camera's this morning, streets are clear of bikes, one can tell 90+ % of the bikes that dress the streets are harley's all along the curbs....oil...if there is a down side owning a harley, they all leak oil or so it seems, why is that?

It's like old cars. When you have to add every so often it keeps the oil fresher...😄

the older yes but the last 25 years or more they have changed dramatically..  my current Harley is 5 years old and where it's parked there is nothing showing from oil dripping...  my pellet smoker leaks does that help???   :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :happy1:
