Yea its really messed up IMO. i totally, agree with the self defense. But tha kid had no bussiness being ther. What the hell did he think was going to happen, i mean anyone walking arou d in volitale situation like that, with neon sign that basixly blinking for all to see "LETS DANCE"  it might not be his intentsion, to draw such challenging attension to himself, but thats what he got, and two people are dead, dosent matter who or what they are, thier dead. But what can you charge him with? Inciting a riot at a riot? He should have not been ther. National gaurd should have been ther, not a kid. Its messed up

Also today jury selection begins for the Kim Potter trial. Read an interesting article in today's paper about it. On the news last nite, this Joe Tamberino, a defensive attorney not affiliated with the case said he thinks it's going to be tough to fill a jury.
