Probably a Grendel. Most of the time, if it's for a Creedmoor they are labeled as such. So these, I'm not sure...

You can load/shoot these in virtually 6.5MM caliber rifle, but the vast majority of people that buy this bullet and load/shoot them is in 6.5 Creedmoor. It has an extremely high BC of .646 which translates into a very flat shooting round with excellent wind bucking capabilities.

These are just the lead, not a full loaded cartridge. So, yes, they could be manufactured into whatever load you want.
