My Benelli Nova.  I just got to use it for the first time last Saturday shooting trap with the kids.  What a nice gun.  Nothing wrong with my 870 but this is my "bird gun"  Its got a longer barell and is very light.

I love my 870. I have a few shotguns but the 870 is like an extenetion of my arm. I have been shooting it since I was 14 so it is what I am used to. Love it.

My 7x30 waters 14" TC. Like the extra challenge of the handgun and having to make that first shot count because you most likely only get one.

Would have to be my 870 also because it has bagged many good deer for me and it is always accurate. Added a Bushnell Trophy scope a couple of years ago and took my best buck at well over 90 yards. It has been my longest shot so far where we hunt.   ::dancinred::  :gunsmilie:  ::rockon::

How old are you when you can first hold a fishing pole? I think I was probably 2-3 when I "caught" my first fish, but I know I was on the boat with my parents long before that.

I am not sure how old I was when I caught my first fish.  My parents have a cabin on URL and I have been going up there since I was a baby.  I know my folks have pictures of me at 3 years old holding a fishing pole.  I just don't know how old I was when I caught my first fish.  I will have to check with my folks.

Could not tell you the first, but one of my favorite memories was all the times dad took us 4 girls ice fishing.  We would fish and then once we caught several we would make little pools in the snow and try to keep the fish alive ;D  At the time I did not realize that people even fished in fish houses.  We would make a bon-fire on the ice and just hang out all day long.  I think it started out as a way to give Mom some time to herself!!

When I was 2 my dad would tie me to a rope and toss me off the end of the boat, and then he'd yell at me to splash around to call the big uns up from the depths.... ;)  JK.... One of my earliest memories is my grandpa takin me panfishin on otto lake....probably 4 yrs old.   -thunderpout 8)

Although my bros. talk about camping every friday night on a lake near town i don't remember it. The first one I remember was on the Gun Lake Chain. At that time i think there was 13 lakes you could get to from Gun and the only places on the lakes was the Gun Lake resort and another resort. one summer place and a hunting shack on about the third lake. Dad decided we would go to Highland Lake. To get there he got six kids, him and mom and all the gear packed into two boats and safely across Gun. We then packed all the gear cross country to Highland. To me it seemed like a long ways then. We then went back and got the boats and more or less pulled them up the river to Highland, loaded the gear in the boats and crossed the bay to a camp site. It was one of the bet weeks I can ever remember spending with the whole family.

Dad and Mom I'm sure. We camped a ton when I was growing up. My first memory of getting fish would be with a butterfly net laying on my belly of the dock! That was the best. To be a kid again ;D!
