As soon as I see them on sale around here I will buy 4 or 5 of the biggest flats they have.  Should be soon.

Making tuna melts tonight.  2 each in tin foil and in the oven.  Two cans of tuna with cheese chunks, onions, mayo, shot of mustard.  325 for about 30 minutes.  Great and easy.  2 cans of tuna makes 4 sandwiches on hamburger buns.

About 5 minutes ago we decided to have hamburger stroganoff for supper.  Then I look here and Glenn just had it.  Great minds think alike.  We have sour cream and everything I need already too.  I made a tuna salad yesterday so that and hot dogs for lunch.

Not to often I'll take a plate pic, but when the competition takes credit for " world famous " but runs scared of cottage cheese it's game on!! Pretty sure the Italians across the street were lacing up boots until I shut the blinds!!  ;)

So I got the gunk off the pork roast. I sperated that from the juice, I'm letting that set in the frig overnight so I can skim off the fat tomorrow.

So the corned beef is also separated from the juice doing the same thing. I'm going to be using that to make Rubens. I'll slice it tomorrow, do I put the juice back in it?? I'll be freezing some as it's to much for more than a meal or 2.
