Chicken boobs rolled in brown sugar and on the pellet grill at 275 until internal temp hits 165.
Served with fire roasted corn given a second smoke on the pellet grill as well, forgot to take pic of the dish, I was hungry!

Brown sugar is about ninety percent of the base for BBQ sauce, yep, its a bit sweet but not like you would think.
You get the Q flavor without the sticky mess of the sauce.

Brown sugar really gives off its Q taste on higher heat grills like a charcoal grill.
I roll the chicken boobs in brown sugar, let them sit for about ten minutes until the sugar is dissolved by the chickens natural juices.
Salt and pepper if you want, onto the grill/smoker from there.

I cant remember if I told you guys before, but if you like mushrooms one of my favorite recipes is as follows.
Third of cup of soy sauce.
Third of cup worcestershire sauce, I use Lea and Pearrins.
One and a half shots of jack daniels number 7.
Thoroughly mix ingredients, pour over porta bella shrooms in a gallon zip lock bag, flip every ten minutes or three times in a half hour.
Cook on charcoal until shrooms are done, gas grills work well too, pellet grills give it a smoky flavor but it doesnt compare to charcoal.

Eat shrooms as a side dish, or place on steak or burger, enjoy!!!

The Christmas Eve tradition lives on, even at ~$24/pt. I can remember my folks cringing when oysters reached $5 but they went ahead anyway. Enjoying some Christmas cheer my friend Misael gave me to accompany it.  :happy1:

Glad you enjoyed it Ken!!
If you fried the fish inside the house you should have noticed less fish odor as well.
Thanks for reporting back!

The wife got some vegetarian lasagna that we had the other day.  I cooked a pork loin with it so we had meat.  The lasagna was ok.

The wife just told me to get some colby/jack the next time I am at the store. I use a little hot sauce now and then but not to the extreme.  I had some shiracha and it was over 2 years since it had expired.  Just got another bottle of it.  I was telling the wife how it is not really that hot and put a big jag on a piece of pork.  Holy balls it was hot as he77.  LOL   I forgot.
