Been a few years since I chopped all the veggies by hand, ran the cilantro and garlic thru the ninja to make a jar. A fella i know swears by this product,  cutting the time more than half.https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08N9Q24M9/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_AJ81KC649CZKP644JCXD

We just got done making my salsa. 8 cups of habaneros, 4 cups of jalapenos, 4 cups of onions. There may be a few tomatoes on there, too.
My fingers burn but that's some good salsa.
I used to be cute and adorable. Then, I had my first birthday. Been downhill ever since.

Them summer cukes look good. Kind of reminds me of creamy cucumber before the mayo and sour cream are added.

I assisted with the big project today. 14 qts. of tomato sauce. Used 52 pounds of maters. Making more salsa tomorrow.
I need to figure out how to post pictures on here.

I have about 25 tomatoes to freeze today.  Just rinse them and then put in vac bags and just pulse till the air is out then seal them.  Throw in freezer.  JB told us about that a few years ago.

I used to do the whole blanch and then put in ice water so the peels come off.  What a lot of work for nothing.
